Why am I getting "TLS Negotiation failed, the certificate doesn't match the host" error in email?

The "TLS Negotiation failed, the certificate doesn't match the host" mostly appears to users of Gmail Suite and occurs when the email program tries to validate the security certificate on the mail server.

Typically, the mail server's certificate is registered to mail.3dcartstores.com (or mail2.3dcartstores, depending on your domain's MX settings). However, most users will use mail.domain.com for their incoming and outgoing mail servers in the email program. Therefore, when the mail program (Gmail Suite) tries to validate the certificate, the difference in mail server names will trigger this error message.

To correct this and prevent the error from appearing, please change your mail settings to reflect mail.3dcartstores.com (or mail2.3dcartstores.com) on your mail program's SMTP settings.
