Troubleshooting tip: Why are customers not getting my store email? |
|
Troubleshooting Tip:Ideally, the return path of any email sent from your store should be your store's main email address @yourdomain. However, there may be some situations where this is not the case. To see if this might be the problem, try placing a test order on your store using your own email address for the customer record. The test customer record email can be your normal business email address or perhaps your personal email address. As long as it is an address that you are getting your store emails sent to successfully. Once the message arrives, look at the mail headers and search for the "Return-Path:" designation. If this does not reflect an email address @yourdomain name, please open a ticket with support and attach the mail headers so we may correct the problem. | |
