Why doesn't my newsletter send out?

 

When creating a newsletter/email in the Shift4Shop Online Store Manager you will need to first send a test message to make sure the letter sends out correctly. If you do not receive the email when you send the test, please double check your settings.

  1. Go to Marketing >Newsletters
  2. Click on the name of the newsletter you need to edit next to the Newsletter you have created.
    (you can also go to the far right of the listing and click on the "Action >Edit" button)
  3. Make sure there is a valid email address in the 'From' field. If there is not a valid email address in the 'From' field, the newsletter will not send out.
  4. Click the "Save" button located at the top right of the page.
