Why Can I Not Access Certain Areas Within the Store Manager?

 

To ensure user safety and security, we place minor restrictions on new accounts. This guarantees an optimal experience for all merchants on our platform. Due to this, certain sections of the Online Store Manager may be inaccessible once you first access your store.

The following sections have restrictions upon signing up:

 

To lift these, your store must meet the following criteria:

  • Your store must be active for over seven days.
  • A valid credit card must be submitted for billing purposes
  • You must have connected an appropriate payment method

Once your store meets the criteria listed above, these sections will all be accessible.
