Quickbooks Enterprise 2020: My Orders are not importing into Quickbooks!

Merchants using Shift4Shop's Web Connector with Quickbooks Enterprise 2020 may experience issues importing their store's orders into Quickbooks.

This issue usually occurs when the “Most Common Sales Tax” field in QuickBooks settings is left blank. To correct this, please take the following steps.

In your QuickBooks Enterprise 2020 program:

1. Click Edit/Preferences/Sales Tax.
2. Select company preferences tab.
3. Under the section “Set Up Sales Tax Items”, select an item for the “Most Common Sales Tax”
4. Save the preferences and retry your import.

Orders should import correctly after these steps are taken.
