What time did this order come through?

 

With Shift4Shop, you can specify which timezone your order timestamps will adhere to.

Note:
This functionality only applies to the time stamps on the actual order invoices when viewed internally during processing. It will not affect regular time stamp logs within the store such as log in times and other store changes. The purpose of this function is to show the order's time of placement based on your local timezone for reference purpose.

Change the Time Zone

  1. Go to Settings >General >Store Settings
  2. In the "Store" tab, scroll down to the "Store Standards" section and choose your time zone in the Store Time Zone dropdown.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Your store's orders will reflect this time zone moving forth.
