Why Doesn't my Payment Option display on Multipage Checkout?

• Issue:
  Your payment gateway is not appearing on your store's checkout pages when using Multipage checkout.
• Likely Cause:
  Your store is probably using an older HTML5 theme.

Some of the newer payment gateways utilize scripting functions that are not compatible with multipage checkout on the HTML5 themes. Therefore, if your payment gateway is not displaying on Multipage Checkout for your store, try the following:

• Option 1:
  Switch to Single Page Checkout. This can be done by going to the Checkout tab found under Settings >General >Store Settings. Make sure there's a mark in the "Enable Single Page Checkout" checkbox.
• Option 2:
  Switch your store over to a Core theme. This can be done by going to Settings >Design >Themes & Styles and installing a core theme of your choice.
