The majority of Shift4Shop users will be on the latest version of the Shift4Shop software. However, some merchants have very special customizations made for them by Shift4Shop over the years. In some cases, these stores may not be on the latest version due to the fact that upgrading the store may have adverse effects on the previously paid for customizations. Fortunately, identifying your version of Shift4Shop is easy.
Simply log into your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager and look towards the top right of the page where your user name will be shown. Click on the user name and a small window will appear with your current version number listed just above the "Log Out" button.

Incidentally, if your store is still on an older version of the software and you need to be upgraded to the latest version, please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Our team can also verify which version you are on if necessary.
Special Note
For your reference, our update history along with patch notes will be displayed in the "What's New" section of the Online Store Manager. This can be found at the top of the window next to the search bar. This allows you to see what each update adds or corrects.
