All billing information that pertains to your account with Shift4Shop can be accessed through your Online Store Manager. Information such as service invoice numbers, details, bill dates, as well as the credit card on file, open balances, and the ability to change your credit card used for payment.
View Billing Information
- Login to your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager
- Look towards the very bottom of your left-hand navigation section where you will see three icons.
- Click on the dollar ($) icon which will take you to the "My Billing" portion of your store.
Note:
If you receive an error that states you do not have permissions to view the billing section, verify with the account owner that you do in fact have access to this page.
On the other hand, if you are the account owner and you cannot access the page, you can go to Settings >General >Administrator Access, click the edit link next to your username to check your permissions.
