How do I cancel a placed order?


To cancel an order on your store:

  1. Log into your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager
  2. Using the left-hand navigation menu, go to Orders >Manage Orders
  3. Locate the order you'd like to cancel and click on its invoice number to open it

Toward the top of the order, you'll see a drop down menu labeled "Status"

  1. Select "Cancel" from the dropdown menu
  2. Click "Save" at the top right to finish canceling the order.

The above will merely cancel the order on your store. It does not refund the shopper's credit card. in most cases, you can process a full refund on the credit card through your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager.
